In my mind map I wrote the following of what I expect your city to contain....
One part Reno, one part future city, one part Utopia, one part dystopia, buildings you have found on google maps, architecture influenced by the class lectures, etc...
If it delineates from this greatly then I need to have a meeting with you. The class was not designed for you to have an idea already before even taking the class and I am very reticent to allow anyone to do a project they had in mind before taking the class.
