From my searches, most public art seems to be horrible. Even these three which I found and picked are not really to my taste. Probably because most art that we see in public doesn't really fit in with anything around it. I guess I would rather see the buildings and structures of the city be artistic and leave the sculpture or painting to being viewed in galleries and separate from the public sphere.
